Using ChurchOps means you agree to these terms.

By creating an account, joining a team, purchasing a plan, or using ChurchOps, you agree to these Terms of Service and the ChurchOps Privacy Policy.

Accounts and team workspaces

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and devices.
  • Admins and team owners are responsible for managing team access, permissions, and connected services.
  • ChurchOps may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and seat access

  • ChurchOps may require an active team subscription for full operational access.
  • Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple under Apple's purchase terms.
  • Canceling or changing a subscription is managed through Apple account subscription management.
  • Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
  • Team seat limits, access gating, and billing status may be enforced through ChurchOps billing logic and provider entitlement data.

User and team content stays the team's responsibility.

Teams are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions related to the data, documents, attachments, and workflow records they add to ChurchOps.

Use ChurchOps lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not attempt to access data or workspaces you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use ChurchOps to break the law, harm others, disrupt the service, or abuse integrations.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse ChurchOps beyond what applicable law permits.

ChurchOps may change over time.

ChurchOps may add, remove, or change features, integrations, pricing, and platform support. We may also perform maintenance, fix bugs, and update service behavior to protect the product and improve reliability.

Accounts and teams can be removed.

  • Users can use the in-app Delete Account flow to permanently remove their own account.
  • Deleting the last active team owner may also delete the team workspace after an additional confirmation step.
  • ChurchOps may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, risk, or legal compliance reasons.

Service disclaimer and limitation of liability

ChurchOps is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChurchOps disclaims warranties not expressly stated here. ChurchOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
