Getting Started

Which ChurchOps Product Should We Start With?

Start with the work you want to improve. Hub covers everyday church operations; Live supports production preparation and screens; Music supports songwriting collaboration; Count focuses on service attendance. Hub also includes its Staff Portal and Request Portal for staff and external requester access.

Are the Staff and Request Portals Separate Products?

No. Both are part of ChurchOps Hub. The Staff Portal provides staff access in the browser, and the Request Portal supports external submissions and follow-up. The four ChurchOps products are Hub, Live, Music, and Count.

Do We Need the Whole Suite?

No. Hub is the main subscription, with Staff and Request Portals included. Our proposed model adds Live, Music, or Count individually, or all three together. Standalone product options are also planned. Build your proposed plan to compare totals.

What Can We Use Today?

Hub is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac with an active paid team subscription. Live is in private preview, Music serves invited teams, and Count is in development. Hub’s current Staff and Request Portal installations serve Crosswalk; another church’s setup needs to be discussed.

Can We See a Demo Before Deciding?

Yes—each product page includes a guided screen tour. The examples use actual interfaces or original form layouts with demo data. For a conversation about your own team and setup, talk to us.

Plans & Pricing

Which Prices Are Available to Purchase?

The Hub plans show the current published US App Store subscriptions. Other products and the Complete Suite package are clearly marked as proposed launch pricing. Their appearance on this site does not open checkout or activate access.

How Do Monthly and Annual Plans Work?

The pricing page lets you compare monthly charges with annual totals. Annual amounts are charged for the year; they are not monthly charges. Hub plan seat limits are shown alongside each plan.

Are Setup and Migration Included?

Setup, migration, and custom work are scoped separately from proposed subscription prices. We will discuss your existing tools, team, and rollout before agreeing on that work.

Do Existing Music Teams Have to Start Paying?

Existing invited Music team access remains free under the current arrangement. The proposed launch plan is a future pricing model; the website does not change current billing.

How Does the Complete Suite Price Work?

Choose a Hub tier, then add Live Pro, Music, and Count for a proposed $69/month or $690/year. The Hub tier determines your seats and total price. Sound Level Monitoring and additional capacity cost extra; a suite package does not include every future add-on.

Where Does Sound Level Monitoring Fit?

It is an optional ChurchOps Live add-on, proposed at $9 per monitored room/month or $90/year. It requires Live Basic or Pro plus compatible measurement hardware and calibration. It is separate from console meter readings.

Accounts & Access

Which Devices Can We Use?

Hub has native iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps, plus its web portals. Live has a Mac preview and browser access. Music has an invited iPhone app and browser workspace. Count is in development for iPhone and iPad, with connected reporting in Hub’s Staff Portal.

See each product’s device guide: Hub, Live, Music, and Count.

Can Our Team Use Windows?

Windows users can access Hub’s configured web portals, Music’s invited browser workspace, and Live’s online workspace and shared views. Count’s connected browser reporting is in Hub’s Staff Portal. Native Windows desktop apps have not been announced; browser features and account requirements vary by product.

Is There an Apple Watch App?

A Hub companion for a paired iPhone has been developed, but public release availability is still being confirmed. Live, Music, and Count do not currently offer Watch apps. Contact us about Hub’s Watch availability before choosing a Watch-specific workflow.

Does One Login Work Everywhere?

Access varies by product. Music has its own authentication and permissions; Live access is separate; external requesters use an email-code flow. Your church’s invitation and each product’s access instructions are the right starting point.

Can Everyone See the Same Information?

No. Membership, roles, assignments, and product-specific permissions control access. Sensitive staff tools require additional authorization. A songwriting credit also does not automatically grant song access.

Where Do Staff and Vendors Sign In?

The Resources directory has the current app, staff, and requester destinations. External requesters should use the receiving church’s form link and the email associated with their submission.

What If an Invitation or Form Link Does Not Work?

Use the complete link you received, including its church or service details. Ask the church administrator or service coordinator for a replacement if it has expired or been revoked. The form link helper can open an existing ChurchOps form link.

Working With Your Church

Does Live Replace Planning Center, Our Mixer, or Presentation Software?

Live complements those tools. Planning Center roster imports are read only; assignments stay in Live. Supported console connections provide status and meters. ProPresenter and OBS integrations are read only. Review your specific equipment with us before a rollout.

Can the Apps Work Offline?

It depends on the workflow. Music supports offline listening to audio downloaded in advance. Count currently requires internet for its shared workflow. Do not assume offline support for every product or action; discuss your service environment with us.

Does Submitting a Request Mean It Is Approved?

No. Submission, review, approval, and payment are distinct steps. A facility request is not a confirmed reservation. Contact the receiving church for its decision, processing time, or payment confirmation.

Who Can Help Us?

For product and setup questions, contact ChurchOps or email hello@church-ops.com. Existing Music users can find product-specific support on the Music page. Your church handles its own invitations, permissions, payments, and event decisions.
