What Can We Purchase Today?

ChurchOps Hub subscriptions are available through the App Store. Live is a private preview, Music serves an invited team, and Count is in development. New suite plans are proposals for future availability. This website does not collect payments.

What Does a Hub Seat Mean?

A seat is a team-member place within the Hub plan limit. Choose the capacity your church needs: 3, 10, or 25. Ask us about your team’s roles before selecting a plan if you are unsure which people need access.

Can We Start with Just One Product?

Yes. Hub is available on its own today. The proposed model lets you add Live, Music, or Count to Hub, or choose them independently when available. You do not have to purchase the complete suite.

Are the Portals Separate Products?

No. The Staff Portal and Request Portal are part of ChurchOps Hub. They provide browser access for staff and external requesters within Hub’s workflows. There is no separate portal product or portal subscription; church-specific setup and custom work are scoped separately.

Are Music Users Being Charged Now?

No. Existing invited-team Music access remains free. The proposed $29 team plan is a future commercial option, not a change to existing accounts or a requirement to purchase Hub.

What About Larger Teams or Multiple Campuses?

Tell us how many Hub seats, production rooms, Music collaborators, and campuses you need. We’ll prepare a scoped proposal instead of assuming every church needs the same setup.

What Is Included in the Complete Suite?

Your chosen Hub tier plus the $69/month or $690/year All Products Add-on: Live Pro (3 rooms, 3 operators), Music (1 workspace, 10 collaborators), and Count (1 campus). Hub seat limits still depend on your tier. Sound Level Monitoring, extra capacity, hardware, and custom setup are separate. Build a proposed plan to see the total.
