What You Send

The form asks for your name, email, church or organization, product interest, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss products or setup with you. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or private church records.

How It Reaches Us

Our form uses Google Cloud/Firebase to process the submission and Resend to deliver it to hello@church-ops.com. Inquiry content is included in that email. A submission reference and delivery status help us handle retries without sending duplicate messages.

Spam Prevention

The service uses a keyed hash of your network address and short-lived request counters to limit repeated submissions. It does not store your raw network address in the inquiry-control record. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Retention & Questions

Inquiry emails remain in our business correspondence so we can follow up. The form is not a newsletter signup. To ask about your inquiry or request deletion, email hello@church-ops.com.
