Start with the tools your team will use. Add optional connections when you are ready.
Open Your Staff Portal
Sign in on app.church-ops.com, select your church, and choose Open Web Portal. You can also use the app’s visible portal shortcut. Your church and account stay connected; protected areas may require your personal PIN.
Enable Staff Portal in Church Setup and review permissions before inviting the team.
See the Staff PortalPrepare Time and Finance Workflows
Review your Hub subscription and staff seats. Set payroll dates, timezone, and policy before using time and payroll tools. Connect optional services using your church’s own authorized accounts. Hub’s time records and estimates are not a payroll payment service.
Enable Request Portal Access
Church owners enable Request Portal access and complete its sender settings before sharing church-specific form links. Vendors and other requesters use the receiving church’s link and email-code access to follow their own requests.
Existing Crosswalk addresses serve Crosswalk. Each other church uses its own configured workspace and links.
See the Request PortalConnect an Optional Custom Address
A church-owned address, such as staff.yourchurch.org, can open your workspace. Sign-in and portal pages continue on app.church-ops.com.
- In Church Setup, open Custom Church Address and choose Manage Custom Addresses.
- Add a hostname you control. Copy the exact ownership and routing records into your domain provider’s settings. Keep unrelated website and email records unchanged.
- Confirm ownership, connection, and the secure certificate are ready before sharing the address.
- Keep your central ChurchOps address as the fallback while a custom address is pending.
This entrance does not move your church’s public website. Removing it keeps the central workspace available.
